大家好，我是Mr Holiday。
今天要跟大家介紹葡萄牙蛋塔，跟「澳門的」葡萄牙蛋塔有什麼差別。
Mr Holiday曾經有機會拜訪葡萄牙首都里斯本（Lisboa）兩次，每次都一定要拜訪一下傳說中葡萄牙蛋塔的發源地：里斯本的貝林（Belém）。
當年葡萄牙水手都是從貝林（Belém）出發，前往世界各地，所以在貝林有一個巨大的「發現者紀念碑」（Padrão dos Descobrimentos）來紀念歷代勇敢的葡萄牙水手們。
離紀念碑不遠，有一個「熱羅尼莫斯修道院」（Mosteiro dos Jerónimos），據說就是葡式蛋塔的發明地，後來因為修道院關閉，所以這個食譜就「落入尋常百姓家」，今天在「貝林塔之家」（Casa Pastéis de Belém）就可以買到經典的葡萄牙蛋塔，再配上一杯咖啡根本絕配！
但是澳門的葡萄牙蛋塔，有著跟葡萄牙蛋塔不太一樣的故事。
1989年，英國人Andrew Stow在澳門路環（Coloane）開了一家蛋塔餐廳「安德魯餅店」（Lord Stow’s Bakery）。Andrew發現當時澳門並沒有西式的街邊糕餅店，鑒於當時澳門有一定的歐洲人口，如果他的店可以賣蛋塔，肯定是門好生意。
但是問題來了，Andrew並沒有正統葡萄牙蛋塔食譜，所以只好自己研發。他學習葡萄牙蛋塔技術，但是加入英國卡士達醬並減少糖的使用，開發出自己的蛋塔。
當時廣東飲茶餐廳也有中式的蛋塔（中間餡比較像果凍），為了與中式蛋塔作區別，他改稱他的新產品為「葡撻」（Po tat）。但是這個葡萄牙蛋塔，其實跟葡萄牙本土的蛋塔已經不同了。
經過口碑行銷，澳門葡式蛋塔的名聲漸漸享譽其他亞洲國家，安德魯餅店也開始在亞洲各地開店。Andrew的前妻瑪嘉烈（Margaret）在離婚後也自己經營一家蛋塔店，後來她將食譜賣給肯德基（KFC），也讓澳門葡式蛋塔更快速的擴散至大中華地區。
總之，澳門的葡式蛋塔是用葡萄牙蛋塔的原型，加上英國內餡的本土化版本。

在家悶久了，來分享一下兩年前去波爾圖所拍的照片們過過癮。（These photos are taken when I was in Porto two years ago, it was an amazing experience.)
這是我第二次到葡萄牙，第一次拜訪的城市是里斯本，兩個城市的風情跟食物不太一樣。食物的話我會投票給里斯本，可能是因爲我太愛海鮮還有在地料理的方式比較符合我的口味。
但是當初跟朋友去波爾圖時意外發現一家早餐店特別好吃，所以當時停留的四天，每天早上都去那裡報到。
我對食物很執著，喜歡的就會一直吃同樣的，當時我每天都是點章魚腳，伴隨著蒜香及入口即化的口感，實在太對我的胃。
葡萄牙在我心中目前還是第一名，天氣好、人好、食物好吃及物價便宜，而建築除了有歷史的洗刷外，結構不管室內外都很用心建造，無敵的美。
若還未去過的朋友，推薦以後一定要去看看。

Nếu các bạn đi thăm Lisbon, Pena Palace chắc chắn là một trong những địa điểm bạn có thể dành thời gian để đi day trip. Tuyến tàu từ trung tâm Lisbon rất tiện nghi, cả chuyến mất tầm 45 phút.
Phần này thật ra là ngày cuối cùng của bọn mình ở Lisbon nhưng mình khuyên đối những ai mà có nhiều thời gian hơn, các bạn nên đi thăm bờ biển Lisbon và thử ăn đồ hải sản ở đây. Mình nghe nói đây chính là một trong những đặc sản của thành phố này ???

Hey, guys! Welcome back to part 2 of the vlogging series Euro Trip 2018. We decided to visit Sintra in this video and explore the majestic Pena Palace, one of the 7 Wonders of Portugal!
I can safely say that Pena Palance is one of the best day-trip options should you ever visit Lisbon. The trains are super convenient to use and the whole trip took us just under an hour. But as the video went, be reminded that you need to ask directions for Pena Palace and not National Palace!
We actually only stayed in Lisbon for 2 nights but should you decide to stay longer, I think a good option would be to go down to the coastal area of the city. We decided not to do that because our remaining destinations in the series will give us more than enough beach experience! ?⛰??

Hey, guys. Welcome to the first part of the vlogging series - Euro Trip 2018. Our first destination of the trip is to the capital of Portugal - Lisbon.
Unlike other capitals around Europe, Lisbon is not starkly modernised and commercialised and you can really get a sense of authenticity when traveling to this wonderful city. This can be seen through the way of life of the people, the buildings and transportations (e.g. trams), and even the artistic vibes in the form of graffiti art in every corner of the city.
If you want to travel somewhere quiet and relaxin for a short getaway, yet still stay within the comforts and convenience of a city, I highly recommend Lisbon!
